When ordering/booking to stay in our Cottages, we record your name, postal address, email address, phone number and the number of persons in your party.

We collect information from you or our marketing agents, when you make a booking to stay in our Cottages and provide us with feedback on our services.

Our legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate business interests and the requirement from the Local Authority to maintain an up to date register of the detail of all occupiers of the Cottages, including their names and main home addresses and to make the register available for inspection at all reasonable times by the Local Planning Authority.

We may use the information we collect from you when you make a booking or respond to a marketing communication, in the following ways:

  • To enable us to provide as good a service as possible in responding to your customer service requests.

  • Process bookings and to send information and updates related to bookings.
