House Rules
The Cottages will be available from16:00pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Check-in is between 16:00 pm to 21:00 pm on the day of arrival.
No Smoking, no vaping, no electronic cigarettes in the property or on the farm. There is a dedicated smoking, vaping, electronic cigarette area on the farm.
Recycling - Please ensure that all tins, bottles and plastic containers are washed out before placing them in the appropriate recycling bin.
Drones are not permitted in the cottage or on the farm.
All breakages must be paid for before check out.
Pets are not permitted in the cottage or on the farm.
The charging of electric vehicles is prohibited on the farm.
The person making the booking must be one of the guests staying in the cottage. We will only give the cottage keys to the person who has made the booking.
No events, parties or gatherings are allowed in the cottage or on the farm.
Logs and kindling are available at £5.00 per basket.
